Avocado on toast accompanied by a fresh juice and a newspaper make one of the most perfect ways to savour a Sunday morning. A simple vegan breakfast, healthy and delicious!

Avocado Toast with Chilli Flakes

  • 1 Avocado (mashed)
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • • pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • • pinch Chilli Flakes or Black Pepper
  • 1/4 wedge Lemon
  • 4 medium slices Bread


Step 1
Mash the avocado together with the olive oil, lemon juice and a good pinch of salt.
Step 2
Toast the bread
Step 3
Spread the avocado mixture on the bread - season with pepper or chilli flakes to your liking and serve with the lemon wedge.
